What games are played in K9 Disc Sports?
Are there games in each entity that are similar to Toss & Fetch?
This depends on what entity you are playing! For example, in Quadruped, there are several classes. Ultimately, you are playing a distance game but the class you and your dog are in depend on your experience. Look at the “Games” block for more information.
Yes! If you like Toss & Fetch, you will like: Toss & Go, Toss & Throw, …games. Rules may vary a little, but you will know the concept and your dog will be familiar with it also.
What discs are used?
Typically you can use and dog-safe disc (we have a page covering this!). However, if you play in the distance games, there are very specific discs you can use. We help you on this topic also in the “Equipment” page.
Where can I find the events?
Disc dog events are WORLDWIDE! Depending on where you want to travel, you can typically find sanctioned events through the entity websites. For Ohio, you can check our calendar of events for all the special events (excluding weekly toss and fetch leagues, weekly UpDog workshops)
